SOLD Good German violin by Johann Gottlob (also  recorded as Gottfried) Schramm, Gotha, Thuringia 1885.  This maker is unusual in being both a violin and bow maker. His fine bows are much sought after and he is one of the earliest recorded German bow makers. One piece back, narrow to broad figure, varnish red/brown. Condition generally excellent, some restoration in keeping with it's age LOB 355mm
